I doubt that seriously. The state HATES to admit it made an error, and will not release someone it's convicted unless there is absolutely, incontrovertibly, no doubt they are innocent.

I'd say there are still far many more innocent people in prison without the evidence available to release them. Especially people of color who were imprisoned in the south. Don't forget, we have the largest population of imprisoned people per capita of any country on Earth.
