I went to a different post office the other day from the last one I described. The 20-person line ahead of me was dispatched in under 15 minutes again by five clerks plus a supervisor who was working the line making sure everyone had the right forms for the packages they were sending. The post office didn't have the huge floor space that a private sector outfit might have deployed, but otherwise the service was impeccable.
