Yes, it must have been Poppy Bush or Clinton that failed to insure that encryption was in the video feed..

Don't take it so seriously.

They wanted to get them in circulation ASAP, the lack of encryption wasn't considered a big problem (since even if the bad guys can see a Hellfire Missile coming at them they're still dead meat), and it won't take that much to solve the problem.

It was a strange decision, but it is easy to understand why it happened and isn't a major problem.
