I purchase a piece of land using one of my credit cards at low interest. NEVER missed a payment. CC company jacked up my minimum payment from $200+ per month to $600+ per month.

I am sure they were hoping I would not make the min payment so they could put me in default rate status.

I dont recommend using a credit card to purchase property but I made an of offer of 20k on on 21 acres of land and it was accepted. wadayado???

Have you been to the Mall, Target, Costco to name a few lately? You will be lucky if you can even find a park. You guys need to get out a little. I get on this thread and read about how the world is ending no one can afford anything so then I go out expecting great deals and empty stores only to find my self fighting for a damn park and waiting in lines. Went to Olive Garden last Tuesday (don't ask) at 6pm...there was a 1 1/2 hour wait!! What the hell I thought we were all sitting at home or under an under pass. Oh yeah went to Ruth Chris albeit a Friday night a couple of weeks ago, guess what it was packed!!!
