Kenneth said: "We cannot afford the status quo." What do you mean "we"? You said you were on Medicare. All you have to do is find a reasonably priced supplement, such as the one offered through AARP by United Health Care and you'll be fine. Are you saying you can't afford an extra $150 a month for a supplement? It would be interesting to know how many of your "wants" are fulfilled while you expect others to pay for your "needs." Typical liberal entitlement attitude. .
