SGI-CRAY/APPLE/PIXAR with JOBS as CEO! Stills seems like a winner to me. As foolish as many of you seem to think it is, I personaly think this type of merger could bring together a very interesting combination of resources and talents. The Ultimate Multimedia combo! From Top to bottom. SGI and Apple are both heading in the same direction without some real kick-start.. Since SGI needs a motivator, and Apple needs a transfusion, and Jobs, has is foot in two of the doors aready..I believe these companies are all in the same neighborhood in Slicon Valley. WHY not...? What is to be lost.! It would certainly get a lot of PRESS mostly positive I think. Stranger things have happened!
