My friend did a loan mod on 264k loan here. Took her 11.5 months and she is a former loan officer and very bright. She got an I/O 40 year loan mod. her payment is currently $1,000 and can only max at $1,300. She gets a 2k reduction in principle each year if all payments are made on time. She moved into the back yard studio and rents the home for $1,800.
