I read that Lieberman got permission from Reid to go to CT. They knew he wouldn't come back on the Sabbath. From the looks of the weather, he won't make it til Sunday at the earliest. Maybe not til Monday.

What gets interesting is if other Senators went home and are snowed in tomorrow. DC can hardly cope with six inches of snow. This storm may deliver two feet.

Ben Nelson left Reid's office Fri eve still saying 'no deal'. Wouldn't you love to hear the negotiations? Greta tonight broadcast new poll results from Nebraska: 26% for the Senate bill, 67% against. Ben Nelson is facing a tough vote. If I were him, I would not be in any hurry to vote for cloture, esp. on a bill that literally nobody but Harry Reid and his staff have even seen.

The Copenhagen what-ever-we-call-the-agreement

Don't know what they'll call it, but Obama did say it was "unprecedented."
