yes it is "so called suicide" and sorry that you do not understand the nuances - plain suicide if some one takes his own life out of desperation or a hearth broken or emotionally unstable person - e.g. my example of the trader or investor that lost it all - he takes his life due his own doing.

In this case he well could go back to his loving wife and family in Little Rock no one stopped him doing so! Fact is he had a resignation letter ready - why not submitting it to the Clintons?

Pressured influence of powerful people is not easy to cope with and can result in extreme actions. Some one can bring about an emotional situation that the targeted person indeed commit suicide a fact that can not be proven in the courts of law. There are plenty of proven techniques of doing so.

There are plenty of examples in human history that people took their life not out of innocent voluntary will. One classic example is the “mass suicide” on the Masada before the Romans captured the fortress – the mass suicide was not because the Romans promised the inhabitants normal life and prosperity – but the anticipated rape, torture, hardship and slavery. Who after all would one volunteer to be a Gladiator? (would you?) which was some kind of prize at the time for those able to put up a fight
