It seems to be the quest for debt. The motto is if it creates more debt then thats what we want.

Agree Steve----- it is central planning.

It is the Federal Government taking over the individual states-----this has been the goal since Ted Kennedy supported the Equal Rights Amendment which had nothing to do with equal rights it was a takeover of the individual states by the Federal Government.

The Federal Government then changes the USA from State Governments to Regional Governments.

Via Regional Governments the states disappear.

Federal Government then controls the half dozen regions that get created. (With Czars????)
