With the exception of Medicare Part D, which is contrary to every fiber of the liberal being, no government health care program in American history has come in on budget or even at double the budget after a few years in existence. Not one.

Even Part D, which has worked fantastically for a few years, was attacked in this bill and will now be the bloated liberal money pit the rest of government run health care has been since inception.

So, yes, it does always turn out that way.

Just ahead of Italy that is.
