This is a fair comment about Plimer and that encounter...

"Moodini of Brussels said;- "Unfortunately Dr Plimer has been unable to answer 11 fairly simple questions put to him about claims made in his book by a British journalist George Monibot." And to be fair George Monbiot (not Monibot) refused to answer a similar number of questions put to him by Plimer, which were designed to ascertain Monbiot's scientific credibility and whether or not he had actually read Plimer's book. Monbiot failed on both counts. Moodini of Brussels said;- "I would also like to point out that Dr Plimer is a geologist, not a climate scientist.." And if you actually read his book you will see that most of Plimer's arguments are to do with palaeogeology, which reveals that massive climate change is a normal and frequent event in the earth's past. Who would you trust, a geologist or a journalist?"
