won't most of these resets go to lower rates? i think most people will be fine up until the point mortgage rates skyrocket - and then the whole lot of them will get squeezed badly at the same time.

the thing many folks don't get is the vast majority of these people got these loans b/ they couldn't qualify for a 30 year fixed rate - and the really can't right now.

when rates go up, and they will, BOOOOM!

let me know if my thinking is wrong.
