i do not know what to make of the supposed decline of electricity use in china

sure, many export oriented factories are at less than full utilization, some even completely resting

but, and i am now in beijing to talk coal, domestic coal price is at 20% premium to regional coal, caloric value for caloric value, meaning domestic coal is tight, and most of coal is for electricity generation

so, key issue, what is the 'natural' rate of power usage vs what is now, etc

all unclear

so we keep watch n brief
