OK, I've read these things all day, so here goes my prediction.

Previous Basis divided by newco shares + .50 per share = Price, then times 15% = Ask at the open.

If good news is released the add 2.5% for each good story and subtract 1.75% for each bad story. Apply these %'s to the ASK.

At 1:57 PM the Bid will be 10% lower than the Ask.

Of course, if it raining in Aruba or Nome the calculation will fail and fate will take control and the stock will fly to un-heard of directions either + or -.
