Paul, Ken told me last we that his team was "heading down this week to get the letter of intent signed" . So hopefully we will indeed hear something this week if that takes place. From what Ken has shared, the process is long and involved. Though he seemed very excited last week. From what I can see about these guys they have been very straight and have been ethical in their dealings. Personally I look for good things from this one. Glad to see that there is someone else following USXX. Regards, Dan
