I don't see how that's meaningful. Of course the third world is very cheap. Their living standards are well below ours.

The weak dollar has many benefits and many drawbacks. Our ability to borrow (e.g. print money) is going away, and that's bad news especially as entitlement costs rise exponentially.

The trade imbalance will level out, which is good news for manufacturing in America, but the unintended consequences are going to be a real b!tch.
