First, you tell us doctors make more money by ordering more procedures. Then, you see a conflict of interest when they come begging for the security to order FEWER procedures. Which is it? They make more money and prefer shelter from litigation. Where's the conflict? You simply cannot adequately study this subject without input from physicians. Can't be done.
