Not sure about Cramers longterm view of GTW...my own coincides with other bearish views espoused on this thread (Sid put it very well a few posts back...no added value to a commodity product).

In a nutshell, I see a similar consolidation in the boxmakers that occurred in the diskdrive sector back in the late 80's...we'll end up with a few major makers (my guess, DELL, CPQ, HP and IBM)...all the others will be squeezed out or bought out.

Looking at recent reports on the industry that show the above 4 taking more and more market share...GTW's deteriorating fundamentals over the past few quarters...DELL going after the consumer market (GTW's homeground), CPQ getting into direct mail...all of these confirm this trend, for me anyway.
