For-profit insurance works for the corporations by having the healthiest pool of payors possible - but not for insurance buyers. It constantly amazes me how you clowns are conned into supporting things against your interests. Your representatives are PAID to shill, but YOU clowns?

Insurance SHOULD work by having the largest possible pool of payors, where the majority healthy pay for the sick - for the citizens.

Not a selfish (R) ideal though.

"There are only two reasons why you would force people who don't want health insurance to buy some anyway:"

This is false. There are other reasons. Not the least of which is to have a bigger pool to distribute risk over. I am guessing by your statement you don't really understand how insurance operates. Which, I suppose shouldn't be a surprise. But it is.
