They take this Nazi story very serious. Even the man on the street seems to want to clear the Swiss name. One of the people was here about a month ago, and was very concerned over the shadow that this cast over the Swiss people. Unfortunately, the person I deal with most is doing his 2 week army thing, at the moment, so he's hard to contact. I doubt if they will approve sale of gold but wonder if this was not a well timed release to keep people from panicking out of the US stock market and into gold. A major (global) depression would not be good for anyone. However, with all the decrease in (producer) supply, in a couple of years (or less) gold should rally significantly.
