Nobody said it was a simple matter. But the reality is that a very large number of CTs are done simply as defensive measures that would not be indicated under normal circumstances.

If you CT every person who gets a bump on the head you'll probably save a few lives along the way. But the cost is massive.

It is essentially the same argument you lost once before concerning the cost of preventive care.
