You make my point. You said the GOVERNMENT is taking steps to debilitate the miscreants. What are the REAL PEOPLE doing? Besides, WHICH government are you talking about? I don't even trust our own to go after them, because I've seen how it harasses me at airports instead of going after the really bad guys. I sure as heck don't trust the Saudi government, or any other, to destroy that 5%. Sure, every country has bad apples. Countries either enable them or try to stop them. I think these particular bad apples have a lot of enabling going on in their behalf, and precious little warfare on them.
