Oh yes, I noticed. It goes back to my general theme against today's GOP. They are corrupt and represent only a tiny minority of rightwingnuts. Steele? From his commentaries on Fox, before he was a chairmen, he was a middle of the road type. The GOP I supported for most of my life was a bigger tent party and it had honorable leaders like Reagan, Bush Sr, Gingrich, & Powell. Now those types of big tent, practical leaders are either gone or are lying low. I thought Steele was exactly that type... Instead, the most visible aspect of the GOP leadership today is a tableau of buffoonery and extremism like Steele, Palin, Limbaugh, and Beck I will grant you that Limbaugh and Beck are on conservative end of the spectrum, you can partially say that of Palin as well, but Steele? Not at all.

Instead, the most visible aspect of the GOP leadership today is a tableau of buffoonery and extremism like Steele, Palin, Limbaugh, and Beck, who spout Steele has been called out on his lack of ethical leadership BY GOP leaders....unlike Democrats who circle the wagons to protect crooks like Rangel, Jefferson, etc..... Beck is not a Republican...nor is he any part of GOP leadership....like Limbaugh, he is a pundit. You are confused. Palin is colorful...but certainly no extremist. If you think she's an extremist or corrupt.....you might want to look around and take a gander at the company you've been keeping. J.
