It's not fair to put him in the class of flagrant tax cheats, especially tax cheats who advocate for higher taxes on us.

I have no trouble with criticizing the guy for it; I'm simply saying that if he had an agreement with the RNC before the fact on this, it isn't wrong, it would be acting pursuant to his employment agreement.

It sounds bad to me, but I don't know all the facts.
