Christopher, I couldn't agree with everything you are saying. That is why I think the EPS-RS is so important. Your are right, we also need to be looking ahead at estimated earnings. I only reported on last quarter earnings, but it would be a good idea to look back a year and forward at least one quarter. I believe that those stocks that have a low EPS-RS will have to really perform to continue to keep a high RS rating. Sure wish we could get a compurterized list of all stocks that above 80 in both RS and EPS-RS. We could do a lot of research very quickly and then begin stalking those stocks that are moving up - especially as it relates to earnings. Some of the RS 99 are simply story stocks - and they won't stay very long unless they produce (IMHO).
