Jim, 28 states already HAVE tort reform, with no noticeable effect on the rising cost of medicine in those states.

This statement is, of course, absolutely false. While it takes a very long time for these trends to change, the available data is quite clear on this subject.

Of course, you are wrong. There is TOrt reform and there is tort reform.

When you are a believer and want the status quo, just say it doesn't matter. Nothing matters, that's why health care is so cheap, right? G
