Somewhere between 9% and 25%. Granted, it isn't the majority, but it does have an effect. Increasing its concentration can only increase it effect.

Not a surprise. And, as long as the climate stays the same, what you say is true. But many crops are not very heat tolerant, especially the high yielding ones.
