From having heard experts on constitutional matters talking about it on the news -- and Mark Levin is certainly such an expert, it does seem that the likelihood of numerous constitutional challenges is high.

I was completely focused on the Nelson deal and Levin's equal justice issue since that was the point that longnshort raised. I googled for details of his lawsuit but couldn't find anything. So if you know what the equal justice issue is, please share.

As for other constitutional issues, I guess we'll have to see.

I agree that the process was not "ordinary." It was extraordinary in many ways. We have witnessed quite a happening.
