I suppose it depends on how you define "significant". If a single individual is "significant", then you have a point. I've never met such an individual, but it doesn't mean they don't exist. I am dubious that the numbers really are significant by any rational measure.

The reality of the benefits is also different than what was portrayed. I know of a family of 3 who lost their Medicaid because they made more than $300 one month. So now it is reapply and go through the waiting period again.
