Freight will be forced off the road and on to rails...They are 66% more efficient...or so the message is. GE has the loco bidness.. and Immelt sits at Obumbles right hand... literally. Guys like Buffet and Immelt get deals we never would.. they can see over the mountains that block us little folk. Buffets play was a cap and trade one, not a rail play.... or so I think. Cap and trades a commin, buy the rails cause that's where more of the freight is going....and less of the taxes per carrier... but then again, I could be full of it...;)
