I agree CC, its all very nice to have more than one property but if RZ is a bust EC will drop off the face of the earth.

ok ok, I mistyped there and you caught me. I should have said with the other properties, they have the POTENTIAL of a 10 bagger from current SP, and not WORTHY of a 10 bagger.This of course wasnt meant to mean right now, but after the others are developed.

And of course, im not an idiot. If RZ is a bust, the SP tanks. I think that goes without saying. I for one invested in EC for RZ and RZ alone, the rest is gravy.
