Neither do I. (At least not in the foreseeable future....)

And there is nowhere *near* to enough votes for the Senate to approve a treaty with foreign nations, like Kyoto or anything else. No where *near*. That's why, even if Copenhagen *had* come up with a treaty (note: it came nowhere close...), it still wouldn't have mattered much since it would not even have been presented to the Senate for ratification.

While I'm betting that --- for political reasons --- there will be no carbon mandates issued by EPA.... (Even if EPA tried, it would be immediately stayed and battled in court for the next 20 years or so... another reason why they won't).
