Well, I can't say I have exact proof. I saw the letters claiming that was the case. I also listened to the call that was made to 211 and heard the worker explain that they had made more than $300 in November. I will grant you that the worker could have been lying and the whole thing was some sort of ruse.

But I don't see a reason why such a charade would have been pulled.
