Do you think? I know some builders that say it's practically impossible to build. Banks want 50%-60% builder equity.

Why are they leaving florida?

I know so many old people who need to live in florida to beat the aches and pains in thier bones and can't afford a heating bill up north anymore. They are committing financial suicide not moving south. Florida is income tax free too. And there is so many nice bike trails for the old people to keep up thier exercise to ride all year.
