Exactly, you're never covered because the government croney in charge of your health care is always going to insist you have not paid your deductible... think of the IRS... to think that people still believe and trust the government is absolutely beyond all belief and common sense... no one will ever get any care... you'll pay all of it yourself... and if you need surgery, you'll be on a waiting list for a year... by the time that year is up, you'll no longer be qualified for that surgery because your condition will be far beyond any repair, that is if you're still alive... then, the government will tell you that you need to hire a nurse at your own expense because a nurse is not part of the health care plan... in other words, the ounce of prevention will no longer exist, but everyone will pay for that pound of cure out of their own pockets... we may as well live in cuba because that's what we're all going to get, cuban health care... GZ
