I agree with you on prices down there, but it sounds like investors are bringing back some liquidity at last, is that right? Sounds like a broken bubble market starting to clear itself.

i see you are listed as being in florida and a distressed real estate investor. so I wonder if you could elaborate a little more. are you saying that you are finding it difficult to buy bargains now, or that you dont see prices coming down anymore based upon your offers being rejected? or are you saying something else? thanks.
