Since I love RE at bargain prices if I was in SoCal I would be inland in the ground zero bust markets that look no different than much of Florida. That is where the opportunity lies.. No use complaining cause no one cares and one day you will be dead. Jeez I can go on Ben Jones Housing Bubble board and see many of the people are in coastal SoCal, SF or SV and bitch daily about how high prices still are and how it is a gov't racket to inflate housing. If they lived in Vegas, Sacramento, Ft Myers or 98% of the country where RE is a bargain now and interest rates are at multigenerational lows they'd be bitching how low prices are and how the job market sucks.
