Yes, easily. Beware of December-January time frame. Actually,
the market topped in late November in 1980 when there was
a double dip recession. The market topped in early 2004 for
2003-2007 cyclical bull. The reason was Fed tightening.
So far I don't see that on the horizon, although many programs
run out in January, then in March. This is what's pushing the
buck. It's positive, but it may cause slowdown, flatness, or
a correction. I don't see much in the way of the bull until
Fall 2010, when the second wave of resets will start
growing.
