The one thing you cannot call Palin is a moderate. Also, you think administrative skill is more important than intellectual heft for an Executive role? Wow. OK.

I'm an executive at my company and I can tell you that my experience is that I hire the smartest people I can find that are passionate about what they do. The rest takes care of itself. They are the rainmakers. They make things happen. Of course, I hire good administrators, but I don't send those folks in to close deals and to crack hard problems. Oh, and here's another thing, I leave the day to day administration of my department to the managers & program managers.

I'll take the smart, passionate person for President any day over the administrator who has only average intelligence, but good organizational skill.
