Steady on Gib, it's time for you to have a nice cup of tea and a lie down. <Who needs regulators? I think we should do away with traffic lights, people can sort these things out for themselves without government interference. In fact, what are the police good for? Citizens are quite capable of dealing with miscreants themselves, like in Brazil. As for regulations to ensure that goods are truthfully represented, well that's just fascism. Don't get me started on gun control ... >

You are right about traffic lights. Most of the day and all of the night they could be turned off with the main road having right of way [continuous green] with the less busy road having a give way sign [flashing orange].

At all times, a red light could be treated as a stop sign or perhaps just a give way sign.

But you didn't mean that.

The police are good for wrestling murderous thugs to the ground and putting them in cages.

Fraud creates victims so it's reasonable to punish fraud.

Some sort of gun control is a good idea. I don't want just anybody to get hold of an automatic tactical atomic bomb firing bazooka.
