"Who/what entity has more of a stake in the reverse split and rolling out 300 MILLION shares than the entity that will do the "investment banking" on the debentures and the converted shares, and
the subsequent sleigh ride back up and down and up and....."

Please forgive the sarcasm, but like it really takes a rocket scientist to figure this one out ?

You make a lot of good sense regarding GG. I tend to agree with you and am sure many others do also.
I hea part of the recent lawsuit that was settled????????
