Hi Pat,

Any thoughts as to why WSTL would not issue any PR re: the $300mil shelf registration. I always thought that this device was used to register un-registered shares for future sale. I can't remember a debt issue without a Banker listed. I remember AMTX basically went public via the back door w/o an underwriter(purchase ICOT). Anybody have any news re: the shelf registration? Does it include stock?
