I'm liking my Back to Life. It is not a cure all though. Got to continue other exercises. Got immediate relief, but I might have pushed myself a little faster from the DVD--adding ankle weights and putting it higher than my height setting as the creator of the machine suggests one can do to speed up recovery. I think I will take it slower. It is very relaxing also.

Glad you like it. Don't let the eBay throw you. I find that every one of those sales there end up at or near 200 if they are new.

If you read the thread badmouthing the product, it contains people who find they didn't benefit from it, and that's normal. Not everyone has the same reaction to everything. The other complaint was trouble getting their attention by email when they had a problem with it.

That was my reason for going though Brookstone. I have a local store to help me if it breaks. I paid $20 extra for the extended warranty.

I really screwed myself up with that airline trip. Slept five hours on the plane and my whole left side hurt for several weeks. "Oldfartitis," I guess. I am just now getting back into using the machine.
