How can you know that. In Great Britain they have a formula that a year of your life is worth, for example, 25,000 lbs. If the procedure costs more than 25,000 lbs times the remaining life span, you don't get it. Ezekial Emmanuel who apparently has a lot of influence is said to favor this approach.

Regardless,we do not know how they will ration care, only that they will.

Apparently they will appoint a Board or Commission which will make these decisions, so far as I am aware there is nothing in the legislation that will stop this kind of an approach.
