Sounds like a great day. Congratulations on acquiring a new DIL. We all slept in today (amazing, considering a 12 year old in the house). That set the process back. Roast is in the oven and everything else is waiting on the meat, including the Yorkshire Pudding. We had Karen's apple dumplings last night. Amazing. Simply amazing. I told Kelsey to make them for her house up at WSU, but not to let them know how easy it is. It is a 4 star recipe that is SO easy to make! Thanks Karen for posting. Merry Christmas all!
