Mike, thks for your input, they will announce 4Q on Nov 11th, I feel that like you say if is not a simple business, however it is being made much simpler, E.G. they should be left shortly with only 1 business(projection) and their stock holding in Baton. The stock holding is worth over $20 a share, who knows what they would do with it, howver if they spun it off to existing shareholders it would make the common shares worth north of $20. Im looking at it as a value play with little risk and hoping for 50% return over the next 2 years or less. Scott
