Go with heavy jolts of a steroid juice ( there's a dealer at your gym ) combined with Xanax to take the aggressive edge off. Unbelievable results!

seminole, how is your water bill? i took creatine ethyl ester for a while and i literally drank like a horse. it definitely freed up some ATP, though, as i could definitely lift more. i still take less than a 1/4 dose, but only really to help in recovery, not improve my lifts.

do you take BCAAs, too? i take that with glutamine. i may give l-argenine(sp?) a try, too - my brutus looking friend said it works well. i take supplements in moderation, though.

i'm on the steady appreciation program - i have a few previously injured areas (primarily shoulder) that i don't want to over stress and knock me out of the gym for a few months.

i also recommend working in some german volume training into your routine - it is a great workout. i don't do it all the time, but i do get good results when i do it.
