I have agreed with Frum occasionally.

I read commentators of various persuasions, not just my own. I like two things about Frum whether I agree with him or not. One is that he's smart and temperate so what he writes is intelligible. The other is that he is more of an intellectual than a partisan so he has different and challenging things to say. Also, being less partisan, he often speaks against interest, which increases believability.

I tune him out on foreign policy but I'm always interested in what he has to say about domestic policy. I started following his blog specifically because he has a lot to say about "wither conservatism," a hobby horse of mine. He shares my distaste for the populist wingers.
