I'm sure that from the far right, everyone including Bush Sr and Reagan, must look like a liberal to you. The GOP of today is neo-con. It isn't the moderate, practical, conservative party that I grew up with and voted for consistently.

I am very happy that you are now getting upset about the fiscal irresponsibility of our gov't. It's about time. Never mind that the GOP was the source of those problems from 2001-2007 during the Bush Admin. I'll also remind you that Bush and the GOP passed the Medicare prescription drug plan without even the pretense of paying for it. The CBO price tag on that was $500B over the next 10 years from 2003 when Bush signed it into law. That has already added significantly to our deficits. So I do find it hilarious that you're only now getting upset. I've been upset at our government's fiscal profligacy since 2003.

At least we are both now on the same page as to the hemorrhaging going on in our country.
